It's weird to be talking about swimwear when there's two feet of snow outside, but Spring is just around the corner and we're planning a trip in May so I've already got swimmers on my mind. I wanted to share about Mimi & August, a lovely local company that makes swimmers for women and girls (they also make awesome graphic tees). Read on for a link for 15% off!

Mimi & August has such fun prints, and I love that most of their suits have highwaisted bottoms or are one-pieces, because #mombod. They also celebrate real beauty and don't use traditional touched up models. Their pieces are designed to fit real women and they showcase real women in them. I love that so much!

I especially love their little girls suits! Lily has one from last year and I'd love to get her another one when she outgrows the one she has. They cost just a little bit more than buying a swimsuit from a major retailer (like The Gap for example), but yet they're creative, unique, and ethically made in Montreal. So worth it!
